薯仔蒸雞腿

材料:

薯仔2個

大雞腿(斬件)2隻

乾葱1粒

獨子蒜半粒

乾紅椒1隻

葱2條

水1湯匙

調味:

原粒麵豉醬1湯匙

蠔油半茶匙

糖半茶匙

醃料:

糖少許

粟粉1茶匙

紹酒1湯匙

生抽1茶匙

老抽少許

麻油少許

做法:

1. 雞肉加醃料醃15分鐘。乾葱和蒜頭切片,紅椒切絲,切葱花。薯仔削皮,切薄片。

2. 雞肉加入麵豉醬、蠔油和糖,加水1湯匙,再加蒜片和乾葱片拌勻。

3. 薯仔片墊底,鋪上雞肉,隔水蒸20分鐘,撒葱花。

Shallot 1 pc

Single garlic ½ pc

Red chili 1 pc

Green onion 2 pcs

Water 1 Tablespoon

Seasoning:

Whole bean paste 1 Tablespoon

Oyster sauce ½ teaspoon

Sugar ½ teaspoon

Marinade:

Sugar Little

Cornstarch 1 teaspoon

Shao Xing wine 1 Tablespoon

Soy sauce 1 teaspoon

Dark soy sauce Little

Sesame oil Little

Steps:

1. Marinate chicken with marinade for 15 mins. Slice shallot and garlic. Cut red chili in strips. Shred green onion. Peel and slice potatoes.

2. Mix whole bean paste with chicken, oyster sauce and sugar. Put in 1 Tablespoon of water, and mix with garlic and shallot.

3. Put potatoes on plate, then put on chicken and steam for 20 minutes. Put on green onion.
