三餸一湯|臘腸膶腸蒸紅鮪 Steamed Mangrove Snapper with Chinese Sausage and Liver Sausage

臘腸膶腸蒸紅鮪

材料:

臘腸 1條

膶腸 1條

紅鮪1條

葱 1棵

薑 30克

蒸魚豉油 1湯匙

步驟:

1. 臘腸、膶腸浸熱水。

2. 葱白切段;葱切粒;薑切片。

3. 臘腸、膶腸切片。

4. 紅鮪印乾水分,將葱白、薑放在魚肚內,加入臘腸、膶腸。

5. 以大火蒸紅鮪10分鐘,加入葱花、滾油、蒸魚豉油。

Steamed Mangrove Snapper with Chinese Sausage and Liver Sausage

Ingredients:

Chinese sausage 1 pc

Liver sausage 1 pc

Mangrove snapper 1 pc

Spring onion 1 pc

Ginger 30g

Seasoned soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Steps:

1. Soak Chinese sausage and liver sausage with hot water.

2. Cut spring onion white into strips. Dice spring onion. Slice ginger.

3. Slice Chinese sausage. Slice liver sausage.

4. Wipe mangrove snapper with kitchen paper, put spring onion white, ginger into mangrove snapper, then put in Chinese sausage and liver sausage.

5. Steam mangrove snapper 10 mins with high heat, put in diced spring onion, boiled oil and seasoned soy sauce.
